We can still accept a return or exchange request if it meets the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item(s),
- The item(s) delivered were damaged or defective, or
- You did not receive your item(s).
Please submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order (in cases of incorrect or damaged/defective items) with your order reference number and a photo of the item received. We will guide you on the next steps once we have received the request.
